For your corporate events or CSE outings, the Aero-Club can make its fleet available and organize several rotations.
While part of the group is in the air, ACRC can organize one or more workshops (technical explanations on how an aircraft flies, pre-flight safety inspection of an aircraft, visit to a hangar where enthusiasts restore old aircraft, presentation of the airport fire department). Visits to the control tower can also be arranged, subject to the agreement and availability of the agents.
To limit the cost of these flights, we propose an average 30-minute format.) This leaves enough time for a flight from Carpiquet to Courseulles-sur-Mer, then on to Ouistreham, Pegasus Bridge and back.
As the flights are the responsibility of the captains, they will only be carried out if the flying conditions are favorable. This means taking the following factors into account:
- Temperature
- Wind
- Cloud cover
- Air activity and notices to pilots issued for D-day
In the event of it being impossible to carry out the flights on the established date, a postponement to a later date will be proposed for safety reasons.
Capacity
- 30 parking spaces
- Group: 30 people maximum
