La Poterie du Mesnil de Bavent

To enter the Poterie du Mesnil de Bavent is to enter the world of potters, as it existed centuries ago, a magical place conducive to strolling and historical discovery. The buildings, over a century and a half old, are home to craftsmen whose working methods are still the same.

Since 1842, Poterie du Mesnil de Bavent has maintained the tradition of artisan potters, producing roofing accessories (finials, punches, ridge caps, etc.), architectural elements and ceramic animals.

Rare, authentic expertise in a unique setting: workshop, store and showroom. Every month, the site features a new exhibition (painting, sculpture...).

The “Village de la Poterie” (Pottery Village) completes this offer with craftsmen and craftswomen, all year round (afternoons only).
