The Friends of the Suffolk Regiment at the Hillman site in Colleville-Montgomery. For its 26th edition, the Friends of the Suffolk Regiment are organising an exhibition and reconstruction of a 1944 Allied military camp to mark the anniversary of the D-Day landings.
Immerse yourself in the world of the soldiers and civilians of 1944 in a faithful reconstruction with numerous vehicles and extras in period dress. The camp will also be set up on a former German bunker site, the command post for the coastal defences of the beaches of Sword Beach, with musical entertainment and refreshments on site.
