Welcome to the Middle Ages! Medieval enthusiasts revive bygone techniques on an experimental archaeological site. They build, forge, weave and grow crops using ancient methods. The idea is to build a Carolingian village based on Norman and Norse archaeological disco-veries. Travel back to 1000 AD and expe-rience life at a trading post with a 40m house behind it. Take a trip back in time to the foundation of Normandy, from 911 to 1066 and Rollo «the Walker» to William the Conqueror.
