Step back in time! Come and discover the fascinating story of Normandy’s origins, from the year 911 to the year 1066. Situated on the banks of the Orne Canal in the Caen metropolitan area, Ornavik features a Viking Interpretation Centre and Carolingian and Viking construction sites. A range of activities suitable for all ages are available:
- A tour of the Viking Interpretation Centre (large-screen films, dioramas, interactive models, replica artefacts, audio guides)
- An immersive tour of the Historical Park
- A guided tour of the Historical Park
- A storytelling tour of the Historical Park
