Built in the late 1930s on the initiative of the Société Métallurgique Normande (S.M.N.) to entertain local residents, La Renaissance was purchased by the Mondeville town council in 1992, then refurbished in 2005 to become an eclectic venue. The visit will provide an opportunity to go behind the scenes and discover how a concert hall works.

Seating is limited, so reservations are essential. No tickets will be sold on site on the day of the tour, so payment must be made at the time of booking.
Ticketing opens on January 14, 2026, online and at tourist information offices in Caen and Ouistreham.
