Oils, pastels, studies and emulsions by the famous painter will be on display.
Jacques Deshaies moved to Bernières sur Mer in 1991. In his beach hut, which became his second studio, he produced numerous drawings, sketches, studies and emulsions. The beach cabins and pontoons of Arromanches become the setting and elements for the scenes in his work. They are a fervent tribute to the sacrifice of the men who landed.
