The exhibition presents the buried traces of the fighting: through a series of objects and photographs from excavations carried out in Calvados and those taken by war reporters during the summer of 44, the exhibition brings together the various vectors of memory - images, material traces and stories - which together tell the story of the Battle of Normandy.
