Lysistrata is a band in a hurry. Coming from radical musical backgrounds, Ben Amos Cooper (drums, vocals), Theo Guéneau (guitar) and Max Roy (bass) have already erected their building to dizzying heights. With their obvious 90s heritage, the trio transcend the usual labels of post-hardcore and noise-rock with a spontaneity typical of their youth.
After two albums and countless tours, the trio is back on the scene with a courageous paradigm shift: asymmetry, dissonance, walls of sound, noise labyrinths and frontal emotion. Lysistrata have an undeniable gift for creating, assembling and uniting.
