Join Hugo Paul, community explorer and author of the book Faire Tribu - 365 jours d'exploration pour renouer avec la puissance du collectif dans un monde qui nous isolate.
Around the campfire, Hugo Paul will share his thoughts and concrete tools for relearning how to build community, understanding the mechanisms that bind individuals together, and exploring what enables a group to become a real tribe, a space for sharing, mutual support and meaning.
During his explorations, Hugo Paul spent time with the Kogi people in Colombia, a community where decisions are taken in a circle, where the collective guides individual choices and where the link to life structures the entire social organisation. It was a seminal experience that now fuels his thinking about our ability to 'form a tribe' in our modern societies.
This event is an invitation to reconnect with others, to experiment together with the power of the collective, and to experience a moment of human sharing inspired by the practices of communities around the world.
On the programme:
6.30pm: a Campfire format open to the general public with:
How to move from "I" to "WE" in our relationships and projects.
The essential ingredients for creating and leading strong communities.
Discussions around social links, the collective and how we can give more meaning to our interactions.
A relaxed and participative atmosphere, conducive to genuine encounters and sharing.
A book signing for Hugo Paul: Faire Tribu - 365 jours d'exploration pour renouer avec la puissance du collectif dans un monde qui nous isoler.
8pm: a private dinner with Hugo Paul - reserved for MoHo Impact Club members.
The dinner will be entirely vegetarian and cooked with fresh produce by our MoHolicious caterer.
The network dinner is offered as part of the MoHo Impact Club programme, a club of mixed organisations (businesses, freelancers, local authorities, associations, students) who meet every month to learn about transition issues (climate, biodiversity, water cycle, circular economy, contributive enterprise) and network in a convivial way!
