Swing D-Day Festival – “The Enigma myth” conference

What if a machine had changed the course of the Second World War?

On June 2 from 2 to 3.30pm, in the Salle Trianon in Lion-sur-Mer, Alsatian collector Edmond Kern will reveal the fascinating story of the Enigma machine: its different models, the decisive role played by Polish, French and then British cryptologists, and its major influence on the outcome of the conflict.
At the end of the talk, there will be time for questions and answers and live demonstrations of coding and decoding on the machine.

An exciting event at the crossroads of history, technology and the duty to remember.
