Enjoy this comfortable, elegant chalet, fully renovated and equipped in 2023 (new bedding and sofa)! A real haven of peace and quiet, designed for comfort in summer and winter alike and adapted to the Normandy weather! You'll also enjoy a garden planted with trees and a 15 m2 covered pergola.
600 m from the D-Day landing beaches in the SWORD BEACH area, accessible on foot or by bike via the cycle path.
Please note: access to the chalet for people with reduced mobility requires 3 steps.
The chalet is located in a secure Parc Résidence de Loisirs with 22 plots, where you are asked to keep to a maximum speed of 10 km/h. The private 230 m2 plot is fully enclosed and provides parking for up to 3 vehicles.

The kitchen is open and equipped with: multifunction oven (microwave / grill / fan assisted) - dishwasher - toaster - kettle - Senseo coffee machine - induction hob - connected TV - wifi (included) - sofa bed - 1 armchair - barbecue - garden furniture - baby kit (cot and high chair) available - bathroom with bath and towel rail.

INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL
Your arrival and departure are completely independent thanks to the key box.
We will be in constant contact and will be available according to your needs.

NIGHT-TIME EQUIPMENT
Duvets and pillows are provided for all travellers. Sheets are compulsory (duvet cover + pillowcase).
Linen option :
If you do not bring your own sheets and towels,
you can hire our household linen kit: duvet cover + pillowcase + towel
--> 40 € for all rooms and for the entire stay, regardless of the number of guests.

PETS WELCOME
Pets are welcome (with supplement).
The fully enclosed grounds allow them to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety. Please pick up after your pets before you leave, to keep the area clean for everyone.
