Tourism & Handicap brand
In 2024, the Caen and the Ouistreham Riva-Bella Tourist Information Office has been labelled “Tourism & Handicap” for all four types of disability: motor, visual, hearing and mental.

- A special access is provided under the porch of the Hôtel d’Escoville. An intercom is placed near the door to call reception staff
- A lift provides access to the tourist office reception area
- The loggia at the Hôtel d’Escoville is not wheelchair accessible

- A Braille map of the town is available on request
