This wood with its mysterious name covers over 70 hectares. This is a newly planted forest made up of a wide-ranging mosaic of landscapes and habitats and still bearing the trace of human activity (livestock grazing, forestry, orchards, etc.). The prevailing environment is wet woodlands with species adapted to the presence of water. Car park near the "Petit Bonheur" stadium in Ouistreham and the Saint-Aubin d'Arquenay community centre.
Our tips : Go discover the Bois du Caprice by following the Nature Trail (easy, 2.5 km).
