What if you came to experience a moment out of time, to the rhythm of the horses?

Just a few minutes from the sea, in a natural, peaceful and rejuvenating setting, come and meet the herd of horses and share a gentle moment with these sensitive and deeply caring animals.

Equicoaching is a coaching approach based on the human-horse relationship. It's all done on foot, in freedom, with no need to know how to ride. The horse, the mirror of our emotions, reacts to what we say: it perceives our intention, our coherence and our authenticity.

Through simple exercises and time for sharing, you will learn to :

- develop confidence in yourself and in others,
- refine your ability to listen to non-verbal language
- experiment with letting go and being present with yourself,
- whisper in the horse's ear" - in other words, get to know horses and experience the power of "connection",
- understanding what your posture and your emotions reflect,
- enjoy the pleasure of a real connection, without words, based on trust and mutual respect.

Each session is a lively encounter, adjusted to the rhythm of the horse and the person, and guided by your desire for the moment.

No previous riding experience is necessary. The most important thing is to come as you are, curious, open to discovery... and ready to let yourself be touched by the wisdom of the horse.

Duration: 1h30, 2h, 1/2 day, full day

Public: Children (from 5 years old), teenagers, adults, families or small groups; company seminars on request.

Location: Gonneville-sur-Mer (near Cabourg, Houlgate, Deauville) and in partner facilities (in Normandy and throughout France) for corporate seminars/teambuildings.

- Supervision: Stéphanie Prime, IFIE Visionpure-certified equicoach

- Dress appropriately for the weather, as sessions take place outdoors all year round.

- The horses are not ridden. Interactions take place on foot, and require no prior knowledge or experience of horses. Equicoaching is also suitable for horse-riding enthusiasts!
