The Plan de Rome is a unique 70m² model made by the Norman architect Paul Bigot between 1900 and 1940 at Caen Univer-sity, near the castle. The scale model of ancient Rome during the reign of Constan-tine the Great in the 4th century is listed as a Monument Historique.
