A special opportunity to visit the Chapelle du Bon Sauveur, built from 1956 onwards by the architect Léon Rême. To mark European Heritage Days, visitors will have the rare opportunity to explore this magnificent chapel from the Reconstruction period, as well as its cloister, free of charge. Highlights include the Beuchet organ in the gallery, the Murano glass chandeliers and the superb stained-glass windows by Yves Trévédy and Gabriel Loire.
In the small entrance hall, where the architect is laid to rest, there is an exhibition of photographs of the chapel organised by the Objectif Image 14 collective of photographers.
Please note: the chapel has flights of steps in several places and is therefore not accessible to wheelchair users. The small entrance hall is accessible and offers a view of the chapel.
Access is via the entrance on the façade of the building, through the large garden.
