Rising water tables: a comic book to understand and take action

What if water no longer came from the sea or rivers, but from the ground?
The Rivages Normands 2100 programme, which ran for six years, studied the effects of climate change on the rising water table and its consequences for our regions.
Grand-Format magazine, in collaboration with cartoonist Vincent Sorel, has produced a comic strip to make this phenomenon accessible to everyone. In the presence of journalist Simon Gouin and Emmanuel Renard from Caen la mer, this meeting is an opportunity to discuss these risks and possible solutions.
The event is part of Chantiers communs 2026.
