UFOLEP Normandy is organising a stage of the Playa Tour in Ouistreham. This travelling multi-sports village, which is free and open to all, aims to encourage as many people as possible to take part in sport in a friendly, non-competitive setting.
Throughout the day, participants will be able to try their hand at a wide range of sports: beach soccer, beach volleyball, handball, tchoukball, kin-ball, slacklining, yoga, fitness and many other activities. Workshops on health, nutrition and environmental protection will also be on offer.
This event is open to everyone: children, families, older people, people with disabilities and those who don’t usually take part in sports.
The day’s programme:
10.00–12.30: opening of the Playa Tour village with a welcome for participants in the dedicated area (registration, distribution of wristbands, presentation of activities).
12.30–1.30 pm: official opening attended by elected representatives, partners and sponsors, featuring a tour of the site, speeches and a social gathering.
1.30pm–5.00pm: resumption of activities with an increased focus on sporting and educational events. The day will conclude with a friendly get-together.
