Mariachi ArrieraSomos is the first female mariachi in France, founded in 2020 by Mexican artist Alicia Leos. Made up of professional female musicians from Europe and Latin America, the group offers a contemporary, feminist and multicultural take on traditional mariachi. Their performance combines musical excellence, meticulous staging and a strong artistic and social commitment.
Along the way, the group has taken part in international festivals in Europe and Mexico, and collaborated with renowned artists and institutions such as Dior Paris, UNESCO and the Day of the Dead Festival in Paris. In 2025, the group released its first EP, confirming its place as a benchmark for modern mariachi in Europe.
