Through experiences with horses, inner listening exercises and time for discussion, this workshop will help you to distinguish between intuition, emotions and the mind, so that you can make better aligned decisions in your personal or professional life.
The horse, sensitive to the non-verbal and to inner coherence, acts as a revealer and invites you to slow down, feel and regain confidence in your perceptions.
