Walking discovery trail through old Caen, from the Ducal Castle to Saint-Michel de Vaucelles, retracing the history of pilgrimage to Mont-Saint-Michel through the centuries.
This guided walk will present sites and monuments linked to the passage and welcome of the "miquelots" (the name of the walkers of Saint-Michel in Old French) and to the cult of the Archangel, in relation to the current signposted route from Ouistreham/Caen to Mont-Saint-Michel, 190 km, 9 stages, accessible on foot or by mountain bike.
A visit proposed by the Chemins du Mont-Saint-Michel association, led by Mr. Pierre Bonard.

Places are limited, so reservations are essential. No ticket sales on site on the day of the tour, payment required on reservation.
Ticketing opens on January 14, 2026, online and at tourist information offices in Caen and Ouistreham.
