The Cité de l'Alimentation is launching its first cider (and perry) fair on 25 April! ??
Around ten producers from the 4 Normandy PDOs (Pays d'Auge, Perche, Domfront & Cotentin) will be there, each with their own talented style. Come one, come all to discover them, taste them and take home your favourites!

You can meet the producers from 10am to 6.30pm. Tasting workshops will be available in the afternoon.
> Cider cookery workshops
In the educational kitchen, Virginie will be leading a small workshop to discover ideas and tips for incorporating cider into your cooking. One-hour workshops at 2pm and 3.30pm.

Snacks and snacks will be available throughout the day.
Then, at 7.30pm, we'll round off this first Cider Fair with a big convivial meal in the company of the producers. The menu will focus on cider, of course! We'll tell you all about it soon.
