Bootlegs” workshop with Némo Richard-Roussel

Come and customise your clothes at the Artothèque!

In punk rock and alternative cultures, bootlegging is the practice of making your own bootlegs of t-shirts by your favourite bands, using whatever you can get your hands on. This workshop, devised by Némo Richard-Roussel, gives you the chance to get to grips with this customisation technique and apply elements taken from album covers, posters or books to your own clothes. After meeting Némo in his exhibition, the workshop will be enlivened by a selection of music by the artist, and participants are invited to bring along their vinyl records for a moment of sharing and dialogue between our different references.

We'll be offering a stock of second-hand clothes to use as a support, but don't hesitate to bring your own t-shirts, caps or sweatshirts to give them a new lease of life.
