On Friday 2 October 2026, from 6 pm to 11 pm, the Normandy Science Festival is kicking off in style at La Cité de l’Alimentation (Hérouville-Saint-Clair) for a major, family-friendly event with a real focus on good food: Let’s eat!
Forget academic lectures and long speeches: this year, we’ll be cooking, tasting, getting hands-on, debating and having a laugh together! Researchers, chefs, farmers, bakers and local artisans will be joining you at the bar and getting stuck in to explore the future of what we eat and the magic of our taste buds.
