A whimsical and burlesque gem, this show – born out of the collaboration between the Focus and Chaliwaté theatre companies – showcases a mischievous artistry, a love of puppetry and physical theatre, and a unique sense of stage poetry. We follow two parallel stories: that of an ordinary family caught up in the chaos of a raging storm that invades their home and their peaceful daily lives, and the adventures of makeshift wildlife reporters on a quest to film endangered species. Blending found footage with object manipulation, this wildly inventive production uses constant humour and visual wonder to tackle a burning issue:our absurd tendency to deny climate change and our irrational tactics to avoid facing up to it.
