To mark the centenary of the birth of Elizabeth II, the City of Caen is devoting an exhibition to the sovereign.
Part historical figure, part woman of her time, part global icon, the exhibition explores her exceptional destiny and reveals the links that have united Normandy and the British Crown for nearly a thousand years.
and the desire to pass on her legacy.
A journey back in time, in photographs, to be discovered from 20 June at Caen Town Hall.
