D-Day Pegasus Bridge – Les 3 Planeurs

To mark the D-Day Pegasus Bridge Experience and the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, Les 3 Planeurs restaurant is organising an immersive memorial event at the foot of the legendary Pegasus Bridge in Bénouville from 2 to 7 June 2026.
For the past 18 years, this event has brought together military personnel, history buffs, international visitors and families around a unique programme combining remembrance, historical heritage, entertainment and the atmosphere of the 1940s.

Immersive atmosphere inspired by the 40s

Meetings with international visitors and D-Day tourism professionals
Retro hairdressing salon & Barber Shop
To mark the event, LC Coiffer de Ranville will be present with an area entirely dedicated to retro hairstyles and a barber shop inspired by the 40s and 50s.
Visitors will be able to enjoy :

Victory Rolls and retro waves
vintage chignons
a men's haircut and barber workshop
beard trimming and personalised advice
The salon will be staffed by passionate professionals to recreate the elegance and authentic atmosphere of the Liberation years.
