In dialogue with Louise Aleksiejew's exhibition Album, yoga teacher Valérie Deschamps invites you to a gentle exploration of yoga and the eye. Observe, fragment, move. Using the images as a starting point, let simple gestures emerge: a hand, a direction, a support. The body in turn becomes an image, then a sensation. A slow, attentive practice, where you move between seeing and feeling.
