A poetic and inexplicable epidemic causes the arms of the inhabitants of a village to flee. The arms leave their bodies but we never see them leave, we only see the trace of their absence. No one knows why the arms left. It is said that they were tired of clenching their fists, tired of carrying flags and tired of holding the tools of death. Only the pianist remains, sadly awaiting her turn. Her piano becomes the last bastion of the creative gesture in the face of absurdity and destruction.
