Come and celebrate spring!
On Sunday 29 March, join Compagnie Ensuite en Coprs for a festive and convivial day out, open to all, whether able-bodied or disabled. The event will be accessible to people with reduced mobility (except for yoga) and accompanied by an interpreter in French sign language (LSF).
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., enjoy a wide range of activities for all ages: nature, well-being, dance, food and solidarity.
10am - 12pm: Plant sale
Volunteers will be selling plants from their gardens at low prices (€1 or €2 per pot/bag). It's a great way to buy local produce and support projects for people with disabilities.
10.30am - 12pm: Walk and outdoor yoga
Come and breathe and move in the great outdoors with yoga teacher Annie Chêne. Don't forget to bring a mat, blanket, cushion and gloves. Open to children aged 6 and over. Prices: €5, free for under-12s.
4.00pm: Contemporary dance performance "Ça repart!"
A creation by choreographer Marie-Laure Spéri to discover with the whole family. Free seating - arrive early! Prices: €8 full, €5 solidarity, free for under-12s. Admission to the show gives access to a free dance workshop afterwards.
4.30pm: Homemade cakes for sale
Enjoy delicious pastries made by our volunteers (€1 or €2 a slice).
5.00pm: Fun contemporary dance workshop
Inspired by the theme of spring and led by Marie-Laure Spéri, this workshop, open to all, will give you the chance to extend the magic of the show in practice. Free with admission to the show.
