Sophie and Christophe welcome you to Hermanville-sur-Mer in their cottage for 7 people, fully renovated and fitted out in 2025, with every detail carefully considered to offer you optimal comfort all year round.
Situated in a peaceful setting, at the heart of the Domaine Monceau Residential Leisure Park (PRL), it is the ideal place to relax and explore the region.
Enclosed garden and 30 m² terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, enjoying sunshine from morning to evening, summer and winter alike.
Beaches accessible on foot or by bike in 10 minutes.
Access to the first floor via a ‘steep’ staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

THE COTTAGE
• Ground floor: Bright living area with open-plan kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, sofa bed converting into a high-quality 140x190 bed.
• First floor with 2 bedrooms (please note: the staircase is a little ‘steep’): 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed + a mezzanine fitted with a 90x190 bed
• Fully fitted kitchen: Multifunction oven (grill/fan-assisted), microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine.
• Living room: TV, Wi-Fi (included), sofa bed, coffee table + 2 armchairs, table with 4 chairs + 2 stools.
• Terrace and outdoor area: Pergola, garden furniture, table + 6 chairs, barbecue, 6 garden armchairs.
• Baby equipment (on request): Travel cot, high chair
• Bathroom: Shower, washbasin, hairdryer

SELF-CECK-IN
• You can check in and out independently using the key box.
• We’ll be in constant contact and available should you need anything.

BEDDING
• Duvets and pillows are provided for all guests
However, bed linen is compulsory (duvet cover + pillowcase).
You have the choice:
• Bring your own bed linen and towels
• or hire, for an additional €10 per person for the duration of your stay,
our linen kit: duvet cover + pillowcase + bath towel

PETS WELCOME
• Pets are welcome (subject to an additional charge).
• The fully enclosed grounds allow them to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety. Please clear up after your pets before you leave, to keep the area clean for everyone.

WATER PARK from 10 April to 20 September 2026
• Access included to the Domaine Monceau water park from 10 April to 20 September 2026,
featuring 2 heated swimming pools, an outdoor paddling pool, a water slide, a heated indoor swimming pool and an indoor paddling pool.
• Attractions: the Spacebowl (thrill-seeking slide – minimum height: 1.20 m), the Pataugeoire (a colourful, safe area for toddlers under 3 years old), the Patau-Splatch (a large, fun paddling pool with slides, water jets and a giant bucket for 2–6-year-olds).
• Pool rules: Appropriate swimwear compulsory (swimming trunks/boxer shorts), long clothing prohibited (shorts, jumpsuits, skirts, etc.), swim nappies compulsory for babies, armbands compulsory for children who cannot swim, wristbands must be worn.
• Opening hours:
High season: 9.30 am – 8 pm.
Low season: 9.30 am – 7.30 pm.
• On site: Restaurant (eat-in or takeaway),
• Entertainment (daytime and evening),
• Activities: playground, multi-sports ground, pétanque, table tennis, bike hire, etc.

NEARBY (10 mm on foot or by car)
• 10 min’s walk:
beach, shops (bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, post office, chemist’s, hairdresser’s, florist’s, bar-tobacconist’s-lottery outlet, restaurants and pizza van), GP.
• A few minutes’ drive away:
Colleville-Montgomery also has an Auchan hypermarket, as well as shops (clothing, bookshop, hairdresser, etc.).
• There are plenty of activities available nearby: horse riding, hiking, cycling (cycle path), sailing, fishing, golf, swimming, thalassotherapy…
