To mark the commemoration of D-Day (1944), a large parade of vintage military and civilian vehicles will take place on Friday 5 June 2026 in the historic areas of Sword, Juno and Gold Beach.
Departing from Camp Hillman in Colleville-Montgomery, an exceptional convoy of vintage vehicles, accompanied by participants in period 1944 dress, will pass through several towns along the Normandy coast and inland, offering the public a lively and moving immersion in history.
Organised by Les Amis du Suffolk Regiment, in partnership with ACC Normandie, this parade pays tribute to the Allied soldiers who took part in the D-Day landings and the Liberation, while promoting local historical heritage.
