Cider (and perry) fair

The Cité de l'Alimentation is launching its first cider (and perry) fair on 25 April!

Around ten producers from Normandy's 4 PDOs (Pays d'Auge, Perche, Domfront & Cotentin) will be there, each with their own talented style. Come one, come all to discover them, taste them and leave with your favourites.

It's a chance to find out more about their methods, cultures and know-how, and of course to make cocktails and cook with cider.

At lunchtime, we'll be serving street food and pastries, and cider bread will be on sale all day. In the evening, there'll be an aperitif/concert in the company of the producers.

Professionals wishing to meet the producers are welcome.
