To stop. Slowing down. Really look. In her exhibition "Immobile", artist Henni Alftan reminds us that things, in their immobility, sometimes say much more than movement. Echoing the work "Dead Calm", you will enter into this same essence: a silent, attentive, almost suspended presence.
Yoga teacher Valérie Deschamps offers you a session in which the body in turn becomes a space for observation. In the stillness of the postures, you will listen to the inner resonance, the subtle tension of a gesture that no longer moves but still lives. Faced with the works of art, as in yoga, you'll need to concentrate your gaze, to feel the slightest detail, to experience that quality of attention that transforms what you see... and what you are.
A moment to experience stillness as an active, conscious, almost meditative act.
