To celebrate winter, Thomas invites you on a light-hearted stroll along one of Normandy's most beautiful trails. You'll discover the edible, medicinal and toxic wild plants of the region and the season. Because yes, even in winter, it's possible to come across some fascinating plants! You'll learn how to identify and use some of them. Bring a picnic: we'll have a feast along the way. During the walk, Thomas will give you some of his recipes and let you taste one of his wild herbal teas. Hogweed, urban chickweed, angelica and charcoal will be your companions.
