Rue Caponière is one of the oldest streets in Caen and forms an integral part of the Faubourg du Bourg l’Abbé.
Its façades provide a good illustration of regional architectural developments from the 16th to the 19th century. This walking tour also includes a visit to the Monastery of the Visitation.
