A huge shop and manufacturing workshop combined, in a wonderful 1950s decor. Visitors are greeted by characters telling the story of their first meeting. Biscuits (shortbread, financiers, macar'Honfleur), truffles and "our butters made from…" (salted butter, chocolate and praline caramel). Fine-food products, cider, juice and local jam. Freshly baked madeleines on sale every day at 4.30 pm.
