Master Chocolatier as Norman as he is gourmand! This is a gourmet nod to the Vikings and the history of Normandy. The Drakkar is the signature creation of the chocolate shop that shares its name. This bite-sized treat made with praline mousse and meringue was the brainchild of Monsieur Hotot, an artisan chocolatier, in 1960. Still enjoyed and appreciated today in Calvados, each Drakkar is individually shaped and piped by hand.
