Originally from Ouistreham, I set up Échappées Singulières to offer property owners on the Côte de Nacre and in the Caen area personalised, local support tailored to each individual situation.

In practical terms, I specialise in two areas: concierge and property management services – to ensure your property is well looked after, your guests are warmly welcomed and your peace of mind is preserved – and property transactions, to support you with your buying or selling plans, from the first viewing right through to the signing of the contract.

Each service operates independently but combines naturally for those wishing to invest in the area and delegate the management of their property with complete peace of mind.
