The chef Yoann offers a cuisine that follows the seasons and changes regularly to satisfy and introduce the finest gourmets to a creative and fresh cuisine combining land and sea. Thanks to his experience acquired with Thierry Lefort (l'Auberge du Terroir), Gilles Blandin (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and David Etchevery (Le Saison), then a stint in Honfleur, at the Ferme St Simeon, Yoann has set up in their "table d'hôtes" a creative cuisine combining products from our land and sea, while respecting our traditional regional cuisine. Take away all year round except when the restaurant is closed.
