La Belle de Nacre

‘La Belle de Nacre’ is a charming house, ideally situated for a holiday in the heart of the seaside resort of Riva Bella in Ouistreham.

Right by the sea, we offer a pleasant 60m² semi-detached house, including a 22m² living area, close to all amenities.
Everything is within walking distance: the beach (supervised in summer), the Thalasso centre and the Aquabella swimming pool, a 2-minute walk away,
the weekly market and a mini-market 3 minutes away, a lively shopping street 2 minutes away, and the nearest restaurant just 15 metres away.

The house:
On the ground floor: the kitchen opens onto a large glass frontage leading out onto the west-facing terrace.
The living room, the cosy heart of the house, is the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family.
The shower room, with a toilet and heated towel rail, is practical. The utility area with a washing machine provides additional storage space.
Upstairs: The master bedroom, which features a 160x200 cm bed, runs the length of the house: on the north side, you can gaze out at the distant sea view, whilst on the south side, you can enjoy a balcony with two deckchairs for relaxing in the warmer months.

The children’s area has two single bunk beds (80x200 cm).
Each room is equipped with storage space.

La Belle de Nacre can accommodate a couple with two children, and there is the option of adding a cot in the master bedroom for a child under 24 months.


This townhouse allows you to enjoy your stay without a car, in a lively neighbourhood:
The beach (lifeguarded in summer) is 250 m away,
150 m away you’ll find the tourist office, the casino, the mini-golf course, the swimming pool, the spa…
Just 15 metres away is the nearest restaurant, before you reach the main street with its local shops (restaurants, bakery, bookshop, tobacconist, chemist, ice-cream parlours, etc.).
For your shopping, you can make the most of the weekly market (see timetable available at the tourist office) 350 m away and a small supermarket 400 m away.
Free on-street parking is available all year round. Paid parking is available in the seaside area between March and October.
You can store your bikes at the entrance to the patio to reach the seaside cycle path, 200 metres away.
Cats and dogs are allowed, subject to our approval.

Facilities:
TV, free Wi-Fi, fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine, washing machine, travel cot and high chair available on request,
On sunny days, an electric griddle, garden furniture on the terrace and deckchairs on the balcony.
Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are included in your stay for your comfort.

To make the most of Calvados’ attractions, you’ll be just a 15-minute drive from Caen. The bus is also nearby (stop 450m away). You can then explore the D-Day beaches or visit the Pays d’Auge, the Vire Valley, and more…
Caen is also 2 hours from Paris by train, and around 2 hours 30 minutes by car.

Practical information:
Rental agreement to be signed + Security deposit: €800 (not cashed and refunded following the final inspection)
Tourist tax for adults is payable on arrival
Minimum stay of 2 nights in the off-season
The property is let from Saturday to Saturday, particularly during the high season.
