Gîte des Myrtilles

Marie and Didier will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte Les Myrtilles on their family property. This 22 m² gîte with its authentic fireplace, stone wall and beautiful shower room is a small house built in Ouistreham in the last century. As Normans by adoption, we fell under the spell of Ouistreham Riva-Bella, its beach and the long cycle paths that run alongside the sea.

You'll enjoy 25m² of outdoor space, divided into a 13m² terrace (9m² of which is covered) and a 12m² garden.

This small, fully renovated house has a well-equipped kitchen. The house faces south-east and east, so you can enjoy lunch on the terrace.
Direct bus link to Caen station. Nearby: tennis courts, swimming pool, casino, restaurants. Free parking 120 m from the house (not in front of the house) in marked spaces. The parking spaces in front of the house are not for the gîte.

Facilities: you will have your own washing machine, induction hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, HDTV Orange server - 140 channels, Wi-Fi, garden furniture and your two deckchairs! All equipment for young children, pushchair, highchair, cot on request before booking.

As far as parking is concerned, you can park temporarily in front of the house on the other side of the road to unload, for example. Afterwards, the car should be parked in a free public car park 300 m from the house (87 avenue Général Leclerc) or at the junction with avenue de la mer et du phare, 200 m from the house, to make parking easier. Parking in front of the gîte is prohibited in accordance with the house rules.
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels are not included. You have two options:
- bring your own linen
- rent bed linen + towels
(complete kit for 2 people, double bed: bed linen + towels = 24€ including 1 fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 4 pillowcases + 2 large towels + 2 small towels + + bath mat + tea towel, hand towels
--> if only bed linen = 20)

We supply the duvet, pillows and bed sheet.
Composition of the room :
A 140 double bed: a duvet, two 65*65 pillows and on request 2 50*70 pillows.

In autumn and winter, the heating must be switched off after departure, as must all electrical appliances. All appliances must be cleaned and the gîte left clean. The cleaning costs consist of preparing the gîte for a new rental.
