Created in 2016 by artists and cultural structures of Caen la Mer, PALMA has a simple objective: to invite the city’s inhabitants and visitors to be surprised every day by an unusual and curious programme.
Mainly on the territories of the cities of Caen and Mondeville, you can discover concerts, exhibitions, installations, visits, walks, workshops and spectacular street works !
