Created in Normandy in 1850, by M. Mollier, Jeannette is a biscuit factory with a turbulent history and boasting skills that are acknowledged via the EPV (Living Heritage Company) label. Here, we prepare ‘madeleine’ and ‘financier’ cakelets with locally sourced ingredients such as PDO Isigny butter. And to guarantee the quality of our products, we add no preservatives, artificial flavours or colouring to our recipes!
