Musartdit

Located to the north of Caen, on the Côte de Nacre, Musartdit was set up in 2018 by Laura Puech, a freelance cultural mediator and visual arts facilitator originally from Picardy.

Throughout the year, Musartdit offers guided tours and art workshops in Calvados for a variety of groups. Using the cultural and natural riches of Normandy and the history of art as inspiration for her guided tours and art workshops, Laura Puech designs and leads activities that are accessible to all, using a fun approach.

Musartdit is accredited by the Académie de Normandie to work in schools.

On this tour, you'll discover the history of the holiday resort, art nouveau and the urbanisation of the seafront at the end of the 19th century through the discovery of the villas of Hermanville-sur-Mer.
For school groups, the guided tour of the villas can be complemented by one or more in-class art workshops.
