A tour of the production workshops for Livarot and Pont l’Evêque, Normandy’s AOP cheeses, viewed through glass-fronted galleries. Tasting platter: a portion of Livarot, Pont l’Evêque, Camembert de Normandie and Neufchâtel, served with a slice of bread: €4.40 per person (plus a complimentary glass of cider).
