On December 20th at 5pm, discover Gnomiky, a tiny country near Lapland imagined by the Remue Ménage company. Its hairy inhabitants, incredible musicians and magical giants, embark on a rousing journey through the streets of the city center.

Santa Claus is stopping off in Caen before his big world tour. Surrounded by dancers and acrobats, he will stroll through the streets of the historic center on December 6th from 5pm
The magic of the Christmas markets in Caen la mer
Whether you are looking for gift ideas or just for pleasure, take the time to stroll through the Caen Christmas market! From November 29 to December 28, 2025, around sixty chalets will take you from Place de la République to Boulevard Maréchal Leclerc.
November 29th is also the date for the launch of the Christmas lights! 6 kilometers of garlands and more than 900 decorations and motifs will make the streets of Caen sparkle!
You will not be without meeting Santa Claus who will welcome you in his house. Finally, if the cold stings your fingers, you can warm them up with a good mulled wine or a chocolate !
