Biscuiterie Jeannette

Biscuiterie Jeannette, founded in 1850, is the oldest biscuit factory in Normandy. Specialising in the production of madeleines since 1930, it perpetuates traditional know-how and shares a rich history, closely linked to that of the region.

Today, it offers top-of-the-range madeleines made with local ingredients: Isigny PDO butter, fresh free-range eggs and flour from the Manche region. Since 2020, it has been expanding its range to include cakes and financiers.

The Biscuiterie Jeannette opens its doors to you for a guided tour (booking required), giving you the chance to go behind the scenes of the company and leave with its emblematic specialities at factory prices. Immerse yourself in its history, observe the production process and taste madeleines fresh from the oven.
