A familiar face on both the big and small screens, Koen De Sutter is one of those actors you never forget. With this one-man show, which he is reviving more than ten years after its premiere, the Flemish actor returns to this old friend, a companion in thought and life, a humanist philosopher with a clear and introspective mind. Montaigne is his favourite author; his Essays accompany him in a dynamic and fruitful dialogue. Just as we return to the source that nourishes us to share what we consider essential, Koen De Sutter once again takes on this generous production, which reflects aloud on universal and ever-relevant themes. To broaden the perspective and transform his existential questions into a celebration of the present, he is joined by Cesar De Sutter, a young composer from the contemporary music scene.
